    • 11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Mantra chanting / Teaching methodology

    • 12:15 – 01:00 pm: Lunch

    • 03:00 – 04:00 pm: Self Practice

    • 04:00 – 05:30 pm: Classical Hatha Yoga

    • 05:45 – 06:00 pm: Evening pooja

    • 10:00 pm: Lights off
